This privacy policy (and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by Just Relocated by Deniz Ozgul. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act) it is very important that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. Please let us know if at any time if your personal information changes.

If you are a coaching client: We will collect data about you in the form of your name, email address, home address and telephone number. We store this data in a secure system. We will use the data you provide me to contact you via email, Zoom/FaceTime/WhatsApp, mail or telephone for the purposes of communicating with you within context of our coaching work together.

We do not collect any sensitive data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. I also do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

You may give us information about you by filling in forms, the coaching contract, or by corresponding with us by phone, Zoom/FaceTime/WhatsApp, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our site. The information you give me may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

We may automatically collect the technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit, information from other sources.

Keeping Information:

Coaching notes will be kept for 5 years after the coaching has finished; unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.

Financial information/invoices will be kept for according to the requirements.

E-mail exchanges will be kept for 5 years; unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.

The International Coaching Federation and/or Association for Coaching may look at the coaching logs to verify our coaching hours. We will ask your permission to include your name and email address in there. We keep this log for as long as due to being a credentialed coach.

We use information held about you to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us, to notify you about changes to our service, to keep the International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching credentials up-to-date.

Disclosure of your information:

We may share your information with selected third parties including: associates, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you. Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

 If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Just Relocated, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of the suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Just Relocated by Deniz Ozgul will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my site; any transmission is at your own risk.
